1. Wholesale Nature of Sales

As a wholesale business, all orders are placed in bulk and are intended for resale. Due to this nature:

  • All sales are generally final

  • Returns are only accepted under specific conditions (see below)

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect products received

  • Missing items in your order

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 3–5 business days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof (photos/videos) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Overstock or unsold items

  • Minor variations in color, size, or design

  • Sale or discounted items

  • After processing/shipping, cancellations are not allowed
